How do I order a 3D print or laser engraving?
Write to info@kaiforge.pl or use the contact form. Describe the project and attach your file if you have one. We will prepare a free quote.
What files do you need for 3D printing?
Preferably STL, OBJ or STEP. If you do not have a model, describe the idea or send a photo – we will help prepare the design.
What are the maximum print and engraving sizes?
FDM 3D printing: up to 400 mm height and a 300 × 300 mm base.
Laser: work area up to 900 × 400 mm.
What materials do you use?
3D printing: PLA/PLA+ (in 30+ colours), PET-G, flexible TPU, ASA, ABS and nylon (PA6/PA12).
Laser: birch and poplar plywood and HDF (natural, white, black). See the full list on the Materials page.
Do you offer 3D scanning?
Yes. We scan objects from 15 to 200 cm with a Creality scanner with 0.1 mm accuracy and prepare a 3D model you can print, modify or use to recreate a part. Transparent, mirror-like, very dark, completely flat and very fine surfaces are not suitable.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the project and our current queue. We always give the exact time in the quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship within Poland and abroad. You can also buy our products on Etsy (worldwide shipping).
Where are you located?
We work from Poręba Żegoty (Alwernia municipality, Małopolska, Poland), serving the Kraków, Chrzanów and Oświęcim area and shipping across Europe and the world.
